Born: September 4, 1922. Howard was born in Roulette, PA and lived the majority of his adult life in Clinton, MD just outside of Andrew's AFB. He currently resides in Long Island, NY. He is in very good health. Howard served through World War II, the Cold War and also served a tour in Vietnam in 1968. He retired from the USAF with 28 years of service in 1970 as a LC.
